Safe Fix Reinforcement Ltd was founded by brothers Gareth and Shane — third generation steelfixers based in Corby, Northamptonshire. Steel fixing isn't just what they do; it's who they are. Their father and grandfather were both steelfixers before them, passing down over 80 years of knowledge and expertise in the trade.
Between them, Gareth and Shane bring over 50 years of hands-on experience across every form of reinforcement you can name — from housing estates and schools to hospitals, tunnels, bridges, and slipform construction. They've done it all, and they've done it well.
Over the years, they've worked alongside some of the UK's biggest names in construction: Balfour Beatty, Winvic, Kier, Skanska, Galliford Try, and many more. They also worked with Costain and Buckinghams before those companies ceased trading — a testament to the breadth of their experience across the industry.
Safe Fix was built on a simple principle: quality workmanship, reliability, and the kind of knowledge that can only come from a lifetime in the trade. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just good steel, fixed right.
