HS2 Capping Beam
Steel fixing and reinforcement works forming approximately 600 metres of reinforced concrete capping beam on the HS2 programme.
Reinforcement Works on HS2
Safefix undertook steel fixing and reinforcement works on the HS2 programme for Kier / EKFB JV, forming approximately 600 metres of reinforced concrete capping beam.
The works required reinforcement to be installed accurately and progressed in coordination with the wider construction programme and site operations.
The project formed part of one of the UK's largest infrastructure programmes and demonstrates Safefix's experience working within major civil engineering environments.

Capping Beam Reinforcement
The works involved extensive reinforcement installation along the capping beam, with steel fixing activities coordinated around the sequence and requirements of the wider HS2 works.
Maintaining consistency across a structure of this length required organised delivery, experienced site teams and close coordination with surrounding construction activities.
Safefix's involvement on the project reflects the company's capability to undertake reinforcement packages within large-scale infrastructure and reinforced concrete works.
